Young people are having a really reasonable reaction to endless uncertainty.

I have experience working with teens to develop foundational coping skills and tools to manage life’s many challenges like balancing school, work, dating and relationships, family dynamics and academics as well as learning to manage social pressures.
I champion young people to develop emotional self awareness and intelligence as well as compassion and empathy for those around them.

I enjoy working with teens and young adults with ADD, ADHD and OCD and Autism.

I can assist teens and their families to create holistic support systems around self care, medication management, behavioral, emotional and social skill development.

In my practice I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to empower your teen develop the skill set necessary to support their mental wellbeing with confidence. I help teens understand and work with their brain and body instead of fleeing from or fighting against it.
